SDTKD CLUB INDUCTIONS
Dear All Members & Parents,
As part of much recent club structure reviewing for upcoming competitive year, SDTKD will be conducting Student / Parent Inductions in coming weeks to enhance our members enjoyment of the club and ensure all are afforded the opportunity to get a good detailed club briefing when joining our club, over & above a typical introduction.

Existing Students / Parents MUST BE retrospectively be inducted.
We will have 2 inductions in coming weeks, exact times TBC:
Friday 11th Oct – Beginner & White – Green Belts
Friday 18th Oct – Blue – Black Belts
One Parent / guardian per child must be in attendance. if for whatever reason you cannot attend your designated slot, you may attend other time by appointment.
We will hold further inductions throughout the year for new members as appropriate, possibly quarterly.
Inductions will be compulsory for all students / parents. Those not inducted will unfortunately have restricted access to events, seminars, bonus training, supplementary training and opportunities until all are fully up to date.
Trusting this is understood as an initiative to greater enhance of our club to ensure the safeguarding of all members, parents & coaches to have the most fulfilling taekwondo experience possible.
Induction will be 20-30 minutes, short & to the point.
All attendees must sign a register of attendance which will be kept on club file for records.
TO TRACK ANTICIPATED ATTENDANCE SDTKD HAVE POSTED A LINK ON OUR PAYMENTS WEBSITE FOR THE INDUCTION.
ALL ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER ATTENDANCE BY ADDING ITEM TO CART ON EASYPAYMENTS PLUS.

I would kindly request that all parents / guardians take note of dates and put reminders in diaries / phones. This is a very important club event.
SDTKD INDUCTIONS ARE COMPULSORY FOR ALL STUDENTS 18+, FOR ALL PARENTS OF -18’S. 16-17’s PERMITTED TO ATTEND WITH PARENT / GUARDIAN IN ATTENDANCE.
